Most appointments begin with a full digital inspection. The inspection fee is $30 per concern. Please add detailed notes on any symptoms so we can diagnose accurately.

A few quick guidelines
Appointments & arrival
Appointments are scheduled by day, not time. Vehicles must arrive by 10:00 AM or the appointment may be canceled. We open at 8:00 AM, and a 24-hour key drop is available for after-hours convenience. See our FAQ for drop-off instructions.
Oil changes
Available 8:00 to 9:00 AM on a walk-in basis, no appointment needed. Includes fluid top-off and tire pressure check. You are welcome to wait.
Emergency repairs
For urgent needs, schedule the next available slot then bring us the car right away. See our urgent service page for the full process.
Services not offered

Antique & classic vehicles
For vehicles built before 1996, or if you do not see your vehicle in the online scheduler, contact us by phone or email to get on the schedule.
Drop-offs preferred
We recommend dropping off your vehicle. Wait times are unpredictable and some repairs take several days. A comfortable waiting area is available either way.
Estimated completion
Repair times vary by issue. While we aim for same-day service, it is not always possible. You will hear from us as soon as your vehicle is ready.
Rescheduling & cancellations
Please let us know as soon as possible if your plans change. Our schedule fills quickly and we want to serve as many customers as we can.
